Pink Tulip Foundation is a school established in late August 2025, and is run by Just_Jada, a long time player who joined DemocracyCraft in 2022.

Introduction & Purpose
The Pink Tulip Foundation is a school that teaches new and old players different skills that they might want to learn. We intend to do this through actual in-game teaching, as opposed to only on Discord, as we realize many new players tend to not have the Discord.
Departments & Courses
Pink Tulip Foundation intends to run 20 courses under 5 departments: Government, Art, Agriculture, Brewing, and Technical. Although, most courses are for learning a job or a particular subject better. We have one specific class that will be for new players that will teach them the absolute basics of DemocracyCraft.
Motivation
I created this foundation when I realized that a lot of people are able to get the job, but are not able to perform as expected on it. What I mean by this, is a lot of players are able to pass exams, but cannot implement nor know what to do after they pass. I once hired a brewer, who I had to teach how to use the clock, about different barrel types, etc.
Accessibility & Funding
I don’t want new players to feel lost, like I, myself, once did, and what I have consistently seen. Oh! It also stands to mention the university is completely free! We get our money from donations and (hopefully) grants. The idea that someone should have to pay for education is something we do not believe in. I would rather go into debt paying my teachers, then have someone who needs help, and not be able to afford it.
