Anthony_org is taking legal action against Culls for accusations and lies sent in public chat, and for the fact that the latter filed a case knowing he would lose it.
While the lawsuit is still pending, it is a lot to unpack. Let’s go into detail.

The facts
On August 19th of this year, the defendant (Culls) publicly accused the plaintiff (Anthony_org) of blackmail and extortion. When asked to provide proof, Culls could not respond with any. Instead, the latter went on to file a lawsuit against the former, without any evidence.
Later, Culls admitted he filed the case because he was ‘bored’ and ‘knew he would not win’.
A few days after the initial accusations, August 22nd, Culls dropped the case because of lack of evidence, right after Anthony_org got a lawyer. Though, the accusations from Culls did not stop, even after having dropped the case for lack of evidence. In fact, Culls claimed he reported the plaintiff to the DoHS (Department of Homeland Security). The most recent happenings are from a few days ago, September 5th, when Culls made more mocking comments on Discord about the case.
The plaintiff believes that this is a Frivolous Court Case, meaning that the initial lawsuit by Culls was started because the latter was ‘bored’ and ‘knew he would lose’, just to waste Anthony_org’s time and money. A Libel, which, in short, means “Written Defamation”. Anthony_org believes Culls has created a permanent written record accusing him of crimes with no proof, and that anyone can find the messages and think badly of the plaintiff.
Finally, Anthony_org adds that this is Slander as well (Spoken Defamation), claiming that the defendant kept repeating false accusations, which hurt the plaintiff’s reputation.
What Antony_org wants
Anthony_org is asking the Court to make Culls apologize publicly, while the plaintiff is online, pay $800 to cover lawyer fees, pay another $10,000 as compensation for the damage to Anthony_org’s repuation, and finally pay legal damages (extra 30%), which will be given to the plaintiff’s lawyers.
Culls’s side
On the defendant’s side, his lawyers are objecting that Culls was exercising his freedom of speech, as ‘protected by the constitution’, and that Anthony_org is suing him for $10,800, for something that happened during a stressed time in Culls’s life.
The latter’s lawyers suggest that what Culls said was his opinions, and not a false statement, asking for the evidence to be stricken.
